How we began?

Over a decade ago, we embarked on our design and construction journey by establishing our firm in Venezuela, where we quickly became a respected presence in the market. Driven by passion and a commitment to excellence, we honed our expertise and expanded our services. Five years ago, we made a significant decision to relocate and found our company in the United States, embracing the challenges and opportunities of a new market. This move marked a transformative chapter, allowing us to blend our established skills with fresh perspectives, fostering innovation and reliability.

Since our arrival, we’ve immersed ourselves in the dynamic U.S. market, navigating its complexities while staying true to our core values. Our journey has been one of growth, learning, and adaptation, as we’ve embraced diversity and collaboration on a whole new level. Looking ahead, our commitment to progress and innovation remains unwavering. Our Team

Andrea La Fuente

Owner / CEO

Andrea S. La Fuente is PLF Design & Remodeling’s lead architect and creative planner. She has been passionate about minimalist and modern design since her early years. Now, she combines creativity with technical expertise to transform ideas into tangible creations. Andrea is proficient in computer-aided design and excels in resource management and vendor collaboration for residential projects. Her proficiency also extends to collaborating with vendors in residential areas to ensure smooth project implementation.

 

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1988, Andrea embarked on her architectural journey at Triarco in 2007, refining her skills and nurturing her passion for design. In 2012, she founded PLF Studio de Arquitectura CA in Caracas, showcasing her dedication to innovative architectural solutions. Andrea obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Jose Maria Vargas University in 2011. Throughout her career, she has lent her design expertise to reputable firms such as Arce Cocinas CA and Krea Spazio CA in Venezuela. Expanding her horizons Andrea, established PLF Design & Remodeling LLC in Virginia, USA.

 

Her extensive experience not only encompasses design but also meticulous attention to detail and quality control, ensuring excellence in every aspect of her work.

Pascual Puigbo

Owner / CEO

Pascual I. Puigbo, a seasoned professional specializing in architectural planning and drafting, brings a wealth of expertise to the field. With a strong background in project management and estimating, Pascual has demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with subcontractors, managing material procurement, and supervising submittals. His skill set encompasses a broad spectrum of project management facets, including budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and team coordination.

 

Hailing from Maturin, Venezuela, Pascual commenced his architectural career with CDF Arquitectos in Caracas, culminating in the completion of his Bachelor’s in Architecture from Jose Maria Vargas University in 2009. Throughout his professional journey, he has collaborated with prestigious firms such as Triarco CA and Arkigrupo 3×3 in Venezuela. In 2012, he founded PLF Studio de Arquitectura CA, marking his commitment to architectural excellence.

 

Pascual further expanded his horizons by establishing PLF Design & Remodeling LLC in Virginia, USA, in 2019, transcending geographical boundaries to showcase his design and construction acumen on a global scale. His diverse experience includes leading teams, supervising construction activities, and upholding uncompromising standards of quality across all his undertakings.
