Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, we offer free estimates to all our clients. Whether you’re planning a renovation, a new build, or any other project, our team is here to provide you with an accurate assessment of the costs involved. Our experienced professionals will work closely with you to understand your vision and budget, ensuring that the estimate we provide is tailored to your needs.

What is the payment schedule like?

At PLf Design & Remodeling, we believe in providing a payment option that aligns with the progress of your project. Our payment schedule is structured to ensure transparency and convenience for our clients. Upon commencement of the project, we require an initial payment of 50% of the total cost. As work progresses and reaches the midpoint, an additional 25% installment is due. Finally, upon successful completion of the project, the remaining 25% is payable. This staggered approach allows for manageable payments throughout the project timeline, ensuring peace of mind for our valued clients

How much does it cost to remodel a bathroom?
Keep in mind that each bathroom project will vary depending on the measurements of the bathroom, the work to be carried out, and the materials chosen by the respective client, but a base price for remodeling a bathroom starts at $15,000.
How soon can we start the project?

Once the estimate is approved and signed, we schedule the project start date for the closest available date.

What is your typical timeline for completing a project?

Each project is unique and its duration is based on the work to be carried out. Once the meeting with the client is concluded, where we discuss the project and review the remodeling/construction that will take place, we can provide an estimated completion time. PLF Design and Remodeling guarantees to do the best job in the necessary time, aiming for customer satisfaction.

A decade ago, we embarked on our design and construction journey by establishing our firm in Venezuela. Fuelled by passion and a dedication to providing exceptional services, we quickly became a respected presence in the Venezuelan market. As our expertise grew and our horizons expanded, we made a significant decision to start a new chapter. Five years ago, we took a courageous step by relocating and founding our company in the United States. This move not only signified a change in location but also reflected our commitment to embracing fresh opportunities and challenges. Since arriving, we have immersed ourselves in the vibrant U.S. market, blending our established expertise with new perspectives to cultivate a mix of innovation and reliability.
